We are receiving emails with complaints about problems with webcast connections these days. The reason for such problems is the heavy usage of the Internet all around the world during the quarantine period.
Many people are working and studying from home actively using video-services generating a huge amount of internet traffic, challenging home wi-fi systems and Internet servers.
So, please be patient – the Webcast team and the Gakyils at Dzamling Gar and Merigar West are doing their best to make webcasts work properly. Unfortunately, the situation sometimes goes beyond our capabilities.
What you can do when you have problems with video or sound:
– reload the webpage several times
– try a different browser
