Notice of Convocation
of the Ordinary General Sangha Assembly
of the Cultural Association International Dzogchen Community of Merigar East
We wish to inform all members of the International Dzogchen Community of Merigar East that an ordinary General Sangha Assembly has been called on first convocation on 28 July 2018 at 3.00 p.m., and on second convocation on 29 July 2018 at 3.00 p.m. (Bucharest time), at the headquarters of Merigar East, in 23 August commune, Constanţa county, Romania.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. approval of the report of the Board of Auditors, the balance sheet and the financial statement for the financial year 2017;
2. approval of the budget and the program of activities for the financial year 2018;
3. appointment of the new members of the Board of Directors (Gakyil);
4. appointment of the new members of the College of Guarantors and the Board of Auditors;
5. miscellaneous / any other businesses.
If the required quorum will be not met on first convocation, on 28 July 2018, the meeting shall be held on second convocation, on 29 July 2018; on second convocation no quorum shall be required.
Participation of the members in the Assembly can be in person or by proxy; every member is authorized to represent a maximum of nine other members.
